Mergent Online is perhaps the best resource for finding U.S. public company filings. This resource provides U.S. company data that covers 10,000 public companies and their SEC filings. It also provides access to current and historical annual reports from 1995 to present on U.S. and International public companies, all in PDF image format.

Edgar also contains SEC filings. Companies were phased into EDGAR over a three-year period, ending May 6, 1996. Search EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system) by company name, ticker symbol, or CIK to find company SEC filings. EDGAR also offers full-text searching of filings from 2000 to present.

Nexis Uni provides SEC filings within the guided search at the bottom. Simply select "Company Info," enter company name and select "SEC Filings."

For additional company reports and information, visit the company research guide.
